Description Lead the full testing lifecycle for a greenfield mobile application, including functional, integration, regression, performance, and UAT phases. Manage and mentor a cross-functional testing team, both onshore and offshore, across manual and automation streams. Define and execute a strategic test plan, ensuring alignment with business goals, risk management, and delivery milestones. Collaborate with senior stakeholders and Agile squads to ensure quality outcomes, clear reporting, and readiness for release. Profile Extensive leadership in enterprise testing: 10 years in test management, with a proven ability to lead diverse teams across manual and automation streams in high-pressure environments. Deep expertise in mobile and eCommerce platforms: Hands-on experience delivering quality assurance for complex, customer-facing applications with high transaction volumes. Strategic and technical acumen: Skilled in defining and executing test strategies, managing risks, and leveraging tools like JIRA, Azure DevOps, and automation frameworks. Exceptional stakeholder engagement: Comfortable working with Agile squads and executive leadership, with strong communication and decision-making skills.
