Job Description Assist with responding and attending general queries from the team and supporting in administrative tasks Prepare and analyse data for reporting purposes, including regular data audits Documents formatting in PowerPoint and Word Timesheet collation and verification. Training in the business systems used on a regular basis Ensure the team are compliant in the various areas of business management systems within the set deadlines Document formatting Monitor group email as required Expense claim preparation/submission Event management for quarterly team events Sit at reception and make sure all meeting rooms are functional when needed
