Description The Opportunity An exciting opportunity is now available to join one of Australia’s best loved bakery brands in a small and dedicated Supply Chain (including QA) team. We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Supply Chain Coordinator to join our Supply Chain Management team. This role is pivotal in supporting the Supply Chain Manager and ensuring the smooth operation of supply and demand planning, inventory management, supplier coordination, and reporting. Among other things, your tasks will involve: Supporting supply and demand planning processes and Supply Chain Management KPIs. Monitoring inventory, managing stockouts, and liaising with suppliers and distributors. Coordinating ingredient and packaging reviews, including pricing, samples, and testing. Maintaining accurate stocktake sheets and update systems such as Flexibake. Managing supplier rebates and ensuring timely reporting and follow-up. Maintaining internal and external SCM portal pages with up-to-date information. Assisting with supplier QBR meetings and managing ingredient complaints. Contributing to a safe, inclusive, and healthy work environment. Let’s hear about you! The ideal candidate will have proven experience working in an administrative role. They will also have: Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel (2016 or higher), and Visio. Strong attention to detail and process orientation. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines. A collaborative mindset with the ability to work independently. Why Bakers Delight?
