Your key responsibilities include: Project Leadership – Manage planning, scheduling, and execution of projects Contract & Financial Management – Oversee tenders, budgets, and cost control Stakeholder Engagement – Build strong client relationships and lead project meetings Site Coordination – Work closely with site supervisors, engineers, and subcontractors Safety & Compliance – Enforce WHS standards and drive continuous improvement What You Bring 5 years’ experience in civil project management Bachelor’s degree - Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field Track record managing projects valued between $5M–$50M Expertise in subdivisions, TfNSW projects, and multi-disciplinary civil work Strong leadership, negotiation, and contract management skills Ability to work under pressure, manage multiple priorities, and meet deadlines Mandatory Requirements Driver’s Licence White Card (Construction Induction Training) Relevant industry certifications Ready to Take the Next Step?
