Emmaus Village is seeking a dedicated Residential Aged Care Manager to lead our vibrant and supportive team. As the Residential Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our 64-bed, single level home, ensuring the highest standards of care, and maintaining a positive and supportive environment for both residents and employees. With a full master roster in place and a team committed to excellence, you will be supported to focus on leadership, quality improvement and community engagement. You'll foster a culture of warmth, respect, and excellence, ensuring the delivery of high-quality care and services across clinical, administrative, hospitality, maintenance, and lifestyle functions. You will be supported by a dedicated leadership team including a Care Manager, Senior Administration Coordinator, and a committed team of nurses and carers. In addition, you'll have access to a Regional Manager and centralised support from HR, Recruitment, and Operational teams. The ideal candidate will be a people-focused leader with a passion for making a difference, bringing proven experience as a Residential Manager in aged care, along with strong clinical expertise and sound financial acumen.
