About the Role: As a Recruitment Consultant, you'll be instrumental in sourcing, engaging, and supporting candidates into apprenticeships and traineeships. This full-time, on-site position at our Deer Park office offers the unique opportunity to work across seven diverse businesses within the IntoWork Australia group, providing a broad spectrum of experiences and career development pathways. Key Responsibilities: Identify and engage potential candidates for apprenticeship and traineeship opportunities. Collaborate with local businesses to understand their workforce needs and match them with suitable candidates Utilise leading recruitment technologies and platforms to streamline the hiring process. Contribute to the continuous improvement of recruitment strategies and processes. About You: Demonstrated experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, or a related field. Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with young individuals and business stakeholders. A proactive and results-driven mindset. Ability to work collaboratively within a team and across multiple business units. Familiarity with apprenticeship and traineeship programs is advantageous .
