Job Title: At Scale Partner Success Manager Location: Sydney About the Role: We are seeking an At Scale Partner Success Manager to support and enable a portfolio of approximately 300 partners. The book of business is a combination of high tier partners with smaller books of business and lower tier partners with large books of business and high potential. This role is designed to drive partner success at scale, ensuring that our partners can effectively support their customers, increase adoption of our products, and grow within our partner program. The ideal candidate is highly organized, data-driven, and skilled in managing partner success motions through automation and programmatic initiatives, as well as quickly building trust and supporting partners on calls to drive outcomes for their end customers. They will play a pivotal role in identifying partner enablement gaps and supporting partners in finding the right resources to leverage best practices as well as uncovering potential cross-sell opportunities, and helping partners grow with Klaviyo in the partner program. Key Responsibilities: Scaled Partner Engagement: Implement and execute a programmatic approach to partner success, leveraging tools, automation, and targeted campaigns to manage a high volume of partners efficiently. Strategic Product Adoption: Educate partners on key product features, best practices, and use cases to drive product adoption and long-term customer success. Risk Identification & Mitigation: Proactively identify signs of partner or customer churn risk and deploy data-driven interventions to mitigate loss. Cross-Sell & Growth Opportunities: Analyze partner and customer data to identify cross-sell opportunities and help partners grow their revenue streams. Partner Tier Advancement: Support partners in moving up the partner program tiers by providing guidance on certification, revenue growth, and engagement best practices. Automated & Digital Success Motions: Develop and optimize automated success plays, email sequences, webinars, and content to support partner engagement at scale. Performance Analytics & Reporting: Track partner engagement, product adoption, and business outcomes using data insights to inform success strategies. Collaboration & Advocacy: Work cross-functionally with sales, marketing, product, and customer success teams to align efforts and ensure seamless partner experiences. What You Bring: Experience: 2 years in partner success, customer success or similar role in Marketing Technology Scale Management: Experience managing a large portfolio of partners/customers using automation and digital engagement strategies. Analytical Mindset: Ability to interpret data, recognize trends, and implement insights-driven partner success motions. Technology Proficiency: Familiarity with CRM (Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar), partner portals, and automation tools (Gainsight, ChurnZero, or similar). Strong Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft compelling digital content and deliver engaging webinars. Problem-Solving Skills: A proactive approach to identifying challenges and implementing scalable solutions.
