About the Role As the Clinical Care Manager you’ll work alongside the Facility Manager to oversee the clinical operations of the home. You’ll lead, support and mentor a team of Clinical Coordinators, Registered Nurses, Enrolled Nurses and Care Support staff to ensure high standards of person-centered care are delivered consistently. Key Responsibilities: Lead and manage the clinical and care team across a large residential aged care facility Support clinical assessments, care planning and ensure compliance with aged care standards Provide leadership, mentorship, and education to clinical staff Manage clinical risk, incident reporting, infection control and WHS procedures Drive continuous improvement initiatives and maintain best-practice clinical governance Collaborate with residents, families, allied health and key stakeholders What You’ll Bring: Current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse Minimum of 5 years' experience as an RN in aged care Minimum of 3 years in a Manager role, ideally in a large home Solid understanding of aged care legislation, clinical compliance and accreditation standards Strong leadership and team management skills Excellent communication, problem-solving and documentation skills Passion for delivering high-quality, person-centered care Desirable: Postgraduate qualifications in Aged Care or Management Recent management experience working in a large aged care residential facility What’s On Offer: Competitive salary package Supportive leadership team and positive workplace culture Ongoing professional development and career progression Opportunity to work with a highly regarded aged care provider in Sydney How to Apply: If you are a dedicated and clinically strong leader looking for next challenge, we would love to hear from you.
