The Opportunity: We are looking for a dedicated and experienced Catering Manager/Chef to oversee kitchen operations in our aged care facility. This hands-on leadership role is perfect for someone passionate about food and driven to make a positive impact in the lives of older Australians. Key Responsibilities: Lead, supervise, and support the catering team, including rostering and performance management Plan, develop, and review menus in consultation with dietitians and residents Ensure meals meet dietary, cultural, and nutritional needs Maintain food safety standards in accordance with HACCP and regulatory compliance Manage kitchen budgets, inventory, and supplier relationships Engage with residents and families to continually improve the dining experience What You Bring: Certificate III in Commercial Cookery or a similar qualification (essential) Previous experience in a commercial kitchen (aged care or healthcare experience desirable) 2024/2025 Influenza Vaccination Record Australian Police Check (or willingness to undergo one) NDIS Workers Screening Check (or willingness to obtain) Full working rights in Australia (open to sponsorships) Ready to Join Us?
