You will be working in the Originations/Onboarding Team – creating new customer accounts and onboarding new customers onto the system. This role involves data entry, document/information processing, updating client records and sometimes processing of payments. You will also: Provide superior levels of internal customer service by responding to and managing stakeholder enquiries, complaints and issues in a back end capacity Identify opportunities to improve the processes within your team or work area Undertake investigations in respect to stakeholder requests Contribute to and/or complete data reconciliations Process applications within agreed turnaround times and consistent accuracy in a high volume environment Complete general administrative duties as required Practise prudent risk management What skills do I need? You have experience working within hospitality or retail based roles and are passionate about the financial markets space. You have data entry and operations skills with excellent communication skills, problem-solving skills, and a great eye for detail. An interest in Financial Services Finance or Commerce related degree Excellent written and verbal communication skills Strong processing skills and high attention to detail Strong Excel skills 'Tech-Savvy' Permanent Residency or Citizenship How do I apply?
