About The Role Site Foreman / Site Manager to deliver an architecturally designed high-end renovation and extension project in Woollahra. Valued at $2.5m. 12 month project timeline. Project site is live with foundation work currently being undertaken. Salary between $130,000 and $160,000 plus super. Duties Site management of trades and staff. Reading and interpreting architectural plans. Scheduling trades. Ordering materials. Liaising with the client and project stakeholders as required. Site progress reports. Site inductions and toolbox talks. Skills & Experience Carpentry trade background - Certificate III in Carpentry. Experience of managing high-end residential building projects from start to finish – new builds, renovations, extensions & additions etc. Good attention to detail. Good stakeholder management experience. Good IT skills.
