Tasks and Responsibilities Ensure adherence to food safety and hygiene standards. Support compliance with HACCP and local food handling regulations. Prepare espresso-based drinks to a consistently high standard. Serve Indian and specialty beverages (e.g., masala chai, lassi) with authenticity and care. Prepare cold and hot drinks, including teas, juices, and mocktails, as required. Greet customers warmly and engage with patrons in a friendly and professional manner. Take orders efficiently, handle customer requests, and ensure a positive guest experience. Operate and clean coffee machines, grinders, and other barista equipment. Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards at the beverage station. Monitor stock levels and assist with restocking and ordering supplies. Collaborate with front-of-house staff to ensure timely and coordinated service. Assist during busy periods with basic service tasks such as table clearing or hosting. Skills and Experience Minimum 1 year of barista experience in a hospitality setting. Strong espresso and milk texturing skills. Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
