You bring: Strong, results-driven leader — accommodation experience preferred, but top performing managers from other industries will be highly valued Proven success in leading, training and motivating teams Experience with budgeting, cost control, and margin management Strong admin and computer skills (MS Office; RMS or similar systems ideal) Confidence in managing full P&L responsibility A positive, flexible approach — you’re happy to be hands-on and lead from the front A valid driver’s licence and willingness to live on site (accommodation provided) About the Role As Park Manager , you’ll lead a large team across administration, housekeeping, grounds, maintenance, and front-of-house service. You’ll drive both guest satisfaction and business performance with the support of regional leaders and our national head office. Your key responsibilities: Lead daily park operations including after-hours responsibilities Oversee full P&L, revenue growth and financial performance Ensure high standards in presentation, compliance, and asset care Cultivate a high-performing, values-led workplace culture Collaborate with internal stakeholders including revenue, HR and marketing teams Set the tone for outstanding customer service across the park Why Perth Airport?
