Job Description Be the primary interface with Turner & Townsend cost management clients. Provide leadership to the team leaders within cost management and provide leadership and mentoring to the cost management team. Ensure all key staff members within the cost management teams have current and relevant training. Manage the delivery of cost management team outputs in accordance with agreed time-scales and quality standards. Experience of working in the Australian construction market. Co-ordination and sign off on all management information produced by the cost management teams prior to issue. To ‘win’ clients through strong business development skills. Management of tender documents, appraisals and negotiations. SOX control responsibilities may be part of this role, which are to be adhered to where applicable. Comply with the requirements of Turner & Townsend’s Business Management Systems including Health & Safety, Environmental and Quality Management associated with the role and position within the company.
