You’ll work closely with both operational teams and senior stakeholders, translating data into insights that support strategic decision-making. Occasional travel to operational sites may be required to build relationships and gain first-hand understanding of performance drivers. Key Responsibilities Drive monthly management reporting and ensure timely, accurate financial outputs. Perform variance analysis and interpret performance drivers against budget and forecast. Support forecasting and planning processes, with a strong forward-looking focus. Present actionable insights through Power BI and other tools to assist decision-making. Prepare and post key journals (prepayments, accruals, intercompany, fuel and machinery usage). Build strong relationships across finance and operations to support cohesive planning and reporting. Skills & Experience Degree-qualified in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; CA or CPA qualified or working toward. Experience in a management accounting or FP&A role, with strong analytical and reporting skills. Proficiency in Excel and financial modelling; exposure to BI tools such as Power BI or Tableau preferred. Excellent communication and relationship-building skills across diverse stakeholder groups.
