The Role As Site Manager , you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of a major $600M mixed-use development comprising 900 residential units, retail precincts, public parkland, and landscaping works. You will report directly to the Project Manager and play a critical role in ensuring the safe, timely, and quality-focused delivery of all site activities. This is a great opportunity for a proven leader to take charge of one of Sydney’s most ambitious residential developments. Key Responsibilities: Manage and coordinate all on-site construction activities Ensure works are completed safely, to specification, and on schedule Supervise subcontractors, site staff, and suppliers Monitor quality control and enforce safety standards Communicate effectively with the Project Manager, consultants, and key stakeholders Assist in programming and sequencing works for optimal project flow Coordinate inspections and maintain site documentation in line with compliance standards What We’re Looking For: Trade background or degree in Construction Management or similar Minimum 5–10 years of site management experience on large-scale residential or mixed-use developments in Sydney Strong leadership and communication skills Demonstrated ability to manage complex site logistics and sequencing in high-density environments Commitment to safety, quality, and high delivery standards Experience in working with councils, consultants, and client-side representatives Why Join?
