Each is seeking a strategic and collaborative leader to drive the implementation and continuous improvement of key frameworks, including the Child Safety Action Plan , Family Violence Action Plan , and MARAM . Working closely with Program Directors, Quality and Clinical Governance, and senior leadership, you’ll ensure compliance with legislation, embed best practices, and promote a culture of safety and accountability. Your work will strengthen service delivery and enhance outcomes for children, families, and communities. Key Responsibilities: Lead implementation : Oversee the roll-out of Child Safe Standards, MARAM, and other state and national frameworks. Policy and framework development : Maintain and review policies, procedures, and risk management frameworks for compliance and effectiveness. Specialist advice : Provide expert guidance to Executive and Senior Leaders on legislative updates, risks, and best practices. Incident response : Support investigations into reportable conduct and family violence incidents, ensuring ethical and legal standards are met. Capability building : Design and deliver training on child safety and family violence responsibilities for staff, volunteers, and contractors. Voice of children and young people : Embed their perspectives in policy, service design, and decision-making processes. Evaluation and reporting : Conduct audits, monitor performance, and provide insights to drive continuous improvement. To succeed in this role, you will: Be purpose-driven and client-centred; bringing a strengths-based approach to Each's people and services. Have the demonstrated capability to implement, lead and evaluate new and innovative service models across the social and community health sector (specifically Child Safe Standards & Principles and MARAMIS). Knowledge and understanding of Child Safe Standards and Principles, Reportable Conduct Schemes, MARAM, and Family Violence and Information Sharing legislation Nationally. Appreciation and understanding of the not-for-profit or health sector, with awareness of sector-specific needs, frameworks and compliance requirements.
