The team has grown rapidly since 2020 due to consolidation, acquisitions, and an ambitious transformation agenda. Your Role This role is key in delivering our modern data platform strategy. Working closely with the Enterprise Data Architect and other teams, you will design new data solutions and identify opportunities to modernize existing solutions to bring value to customers. You will lead the delivery of new data initiatives, develop architecture references, patterns, standards, and focus on data & information architecture. Support other domains as needed. Your duties and responsibilities Contribute to establishing and maturing the data domain architecture practice. Scope, define, and maintain data-focused solutions, integration, and ETL strategies aligned with enterprise architecture. Identify and resolve cross-capability issues impacting architecture integrity. Create and maintain delivery roadmaps, including legacy technology decommissioning and strategic uplift. Define solutions with long-term supportability, considering legacy impacts and transitions. Your knowledge & experience Experience as a Data Architect, preferably in financial services. Strong foundation in IT, data management, solution design, and SaaS data technologies. Track record of architecture work for strategic initiatives with measurable business impact. Experience leveraging cloud services for data processing and analytics. Microsoft Azure experience is required; Snowflake is highly regarded.
