Based in our Sydney CBD office (with hybrid flexibility), you’ll report to the Global Remuneration & Benefits Lead and contribute to strategic initiatives that make a real impact. What You'll Do Drive Global Change: Support the rollout of a new global remuneration framework and harmonise benefits across regions. Deliver Strategic Insights: Analyse remuneration trends and provide data-driven insights to influence decision-making. Support Projects: Contribute to global and regional initiatives, including incentive design and benchmarking. Ensure Equity: Support annual remuneration reviews and ensure fair, consistent pay practices. Collaborate Across Borders: Partner with HR and senior stakeholders globally to deliver meaningful outcomes. Manage Data with Precision: Handle external submissions (e.g., salary surveys, gender pay gap reporting) with accuracy and care. What You'll Bring 3 years’ experience in generalist HR, Compensation & Benefits, or HR analytics Familiarity with frameworks like Mercer or Aon Strong analytical skills and Excel proficiency Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills A proactive, adaptable mindset and a collaborative spirit Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. Ability to manage project work and collaborate with broader HR team and other stakeholders.
