Examining and assessing complex legal matters ranging from defamation, property disputes, trusts, professional negligence and purchase/selling of businesses & property etc. Attend Conferences and Hearings . The ideal candidate: Senior Lawyer with 5 PQE in a similar role and have commercial litigation/regulatory experience. A law degree from an accredited Australian or New Zealand university , underpinned by strong academic records. Excellent communication skills & meticulous attention to detail. Be commercially minded and all rounded in advocacy, negotiation and mediation skills. Ability/willingness to mentor junior lawyers.
