Promotes the growth and development of their lawyers. About the role: Work on fund transactional, fund management and advisory work in varying sectors. Act for global fund managers, national and international investment groups and pension funds, institutional investors, and more! Engage in business development alongside the Partners, as well as mentoring Associates. Also, work collaboratively with the firm’s corporate, tax and financial services teams. The ideal candidate: Senior Associate (5 PQE) with either experience in onshore Funds or Corporate transactions , who is eager to work on both transactions and regulatory matters; Relevant legal qualification/admission with strong academic results; Excellent communication, drafting, relationship-building and critical thinking skills; The ability and resilience to thrive in fast paced dynamic work environment.
