The Implementation Specialist (Intern) is a short term position in our business. The Intern with assist in implementations of software for Envision Digital that you are delegated, including but not limited to Scoping, Implementation/Delivery/Commissioning, Training and Support. This will be in accordance with the authority delegated by the Operations Manager or Managing Director. This includes project management, administration duties and risk management. The Intern will be an integral member of the Implementation Teams to achieve optimum profitability by the effective use of business assets and human resources. The Intern will need to identify and manage the organisation’s internal and external risks. Ensure business projects comply with all statutory and regulatory requirements. QUALIFICATIONS Mandatory (Entry Level) Experience and interest in implementing cloud-based business systems Tech Savvy Understanding of Social Media Platforms and their use in a business environment Team orientated Campaign focused Task and Goal Orientated Organised and proactive Customer Focused. Aim to please Preferred Interested in Data Science / Software Development An understanding of Work, Health, Safety and Risk would be very advantageous Experience using automated marketing systems Experience in Office 2007, 2010, 2013 and 2016 Suite Consulting Experience Presentation Skills and Experience Preferred Qualifications Working towards or Degree qualified or similar - Software Engineer / Programmer, Mechanical / Civil Engineer, Data Science or Business / Systems Analytics Microsoft Certifications
