Position: SR Application Technician-AU (NSW) Reports To: Operations Manager ANZ Job Overview: Responsible for Project applications in NSW as directed, HS&E compliant practices, Relationship management with internal and external clients including site managers and personnel. Promoting positive Markham brand and reputation through exceptional quality work and communications, maintenance and care of all equipment and machinery, and compliance with Markham policies and procedures. Responsibilities and Duties: Full-time project applications/admixture batching and scheduling of active projects as required. Trouble shooting, problem solving and providing support and guidance to the NSW Application Technician. Actively utilizing Markham systems and SOPs. Maintain equipment and plant in accordance with Markham polices. Ensure quality standards are maintained and adhered to Managing of livestock sheet and monthly stock reconciliation. Ensure all assigned projects are completed within scope of the contract. Maintain regular communications with Quality Assurance Coordinator and Operations Manager and communicate any issues as soon as practical. Travel through the Region when/if required. Health, Safety and Environmental Compliance in accordance with project and Markham Global policies. Weekly applicator report. Qualification & Skill Requirement: Construction industry experience and ability to read drawings Sound knowledge of application methodology and Markham Tect systems Sound working knowledge of WHS, HSWA & QA Ability to work unsupervised and automatously Excellent communication skills Exceptional time management and organizational skills Advanced office, outlook, and computer skills required Ability to use Markham software and Blue Beam Values aligned with BE SURE values Full driver’s License required Forklift License required Other license’s as required by Markham for the role Physically fit This is a Monday to Sunday role so you must be able to work weekends and outside normal business hours. There may also be a requirement to travel outside of your State as and where applicable.
