About the opportunity An exciting, newly created role exists for a highly motivated Speech Pathologist to join our team. Responsibilities Conduct thorough assessments to identify communication and speech disorders. Develop personalised treatment plans tailored to each client's needs and goals. Implement evidence-based interventions to improve speech, language, and communication skills. Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to provide holistic care. Offer guidance and support to clients' families and caregivers. Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records and progress reports. Perform all other duties as required. Qualifications & Experience Hold a bachelor’s degree (or higher) in Speech Pathology. Previous experience in Speech Pathology. Pre-existing registration with SPA. Demonstrated ability to interact with participants, their families and service providers. Demonstrated knowledge of legislation. Ability to work to productivity targets. Demonstrated ability to work within a team environment as well as autonomously and take ownership of a caseload of participants. Hold a current WWCC (Blue Card), NDIS Worker Screening, First Aid & CPR. Hold a valid Australian driver’s license.
