About the Role: We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Practice and Outcomes Leader to join our dynamic team, based in Camden. This pivotal role spans across the Sydney, Illawarra, and Central West regions, requiring regular travel to ensure the consistent delivery of high-quality, person-centered supports across multiple sites in line with NDIS Practice Standards. As a key player in driving continuous improvement, you will provide expert guidance, support best practices, and ensure compliance with quality and safeguarding standards. Practice Leadership: Guide teams in implementing person-centred practices and NDIS standards, ensuring compliance with industry benchmarks. Outcomes Measurement & Improvement: Analyse data to assess client outcomes, identify improvement areas, and drive continuous service enhancements. Training & Development: Create and deliver training programs, offering coaching and mentoring to elevate service delivery standards. Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with stakeholders to deliver high-quality, person-centred supports, ensuring services meet client needs. Compliance & Quality Assurance: Ensure adherence to NDIS standards through regular audits and the implementation of quality assurance processes. About You: You are a compassionate and resilient leader who thrives in a collaborative environment. You bring extensive knowledge of the disability sector, particularly NDIS Practice Standards and quality frameworks. Your strong analytical skills and problem-solving abilities complement your expertise in practice leadership, quality assurance, and outcomes measurement. With a passion for continuous learning, you are committed to driving excellence in service delivery. Essential : Certificate IV in Disability, Community Services, or a related field, or at least 3 years of experience in Disability Services. In-depth knowledge of the disability sector, including NDIS funding and compliance. Strong leadership skills with experience in coaching and mentoring teams. Excellent communication, organisational, and negotiation skills. Proficiency in client management systems and Microsoft Office Suite. Desirable : Tertiary qualification in Social Science, Health, or a related field. Experience in setting up new services and managing multiple sites. Requirements: Current Australian Driver’s Licence. Current NSW Working with Children’s Check NDIS Worker Screening Check Current Police Check COVID-19 vaccination certificate. Why Join Us?
