What you'll be responsible for Become a Streem Platform Expert Becoming a Streem platform expert, setting up and fine-tuning accounts with precision (including crafting keyword/Boolean searches). Customer Education and Onboarding Assist customers in onboarding, provide education on product features, and give personalized support for success Client Communication and Relationship Building Communicate with clients and stakeholders to build relationships, gather feedback, and ensure satisfaction with services Educate Empowering our users through engaging training sessions (both virtual and in-person), showing them the platform's features. Stay ahead of the curve Proactively spotting crucial media moments and relaying them to the right internal teams to keep our clients ahead of the curve Report on successes and strategies Crafting insightful reports, transcribing key media moments, and delivering broadcast content at their fingertips.
