The global phenomenon [yellow tail]® is produced by the family owned Casella Wines, located in Yenda NSW. Casella has grown to become one of Australia’s largest wine processing facilities! For the 7 th consecutive year [yellow tail]® is the world’s most powerful wine brand with over 2 million glasses of [yellow tail]® consumed around the world daily! The role will be located in the Riverina region of NSW with the primary focus of working with grape growers to achieve desired business outcomes, forecasting and scheduling fruit from contracted grape growers as well as company vineyards. There will be a strong focus on time management and work efficiencies during the peak Vintage period. Requirements: Excellent written and verbal communication skills Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise, multitask and meet deadlines Be able to work independently and as part of a small team Confident computer skills including Microsoft, Excel and Word Current Australian drivers licence Desirable: Degree in Viticulture, Agricultural Science and/or Horticulture is desirable Proven track record of industry experience in grower relations, technical operations, agricultural or horticulture management Experience in problem solving and logistics operations Demonstrated technical knowledge of viticulture or horticulture crops All selected applicants will be required to undertake a pre-employment medical which includes a physical assessment and a drug & alcohol test.
