Workfast is looking for Excavator Operators for an immediate start with a temp to perm opportunity paying $44.25 per hour plus penalties. Location: Kilmore, VIC Hours: Up to 10 hours per day Payrate: $44.25 p/hr OT and Super You will be responsible for safely and efficiently operating excavators to load raw materials into crushers and trucks, strip overburden, maintain quarry benches, and feed crushing plants. The role also involves basic machine maintenance, ensuring work areas are safe and clean, and supporting the production team while adhering to strict safety and environmental standards. What you get $44.25 per hour plus penalties 38hrs per week Immediate start Located northern suburbs of Melbourne 10 hour days Saturdays made available What you need Excavator ticket (multi ticketed operator is advantageous) Experience operating up to 70T Excavators 2 years experience in similar role Quarry experience is preferred Construction White Card Ability to pass medical Ability to pass drug and alcohol screening Sales and face loading What you will be doing Loading hoppers with materials and performing general yard cleaning duties Monitoring all plant and equipment, scheduling & conducting maintenance as required Managing maintenance & production tasks, which includes some level of manual handling About us Workfast is a labour-hire company working with some of Australia's largest companies.
