Due to our continued growth and success, we’re now looking for a Project Coordinator to join our Sales & Business Development Team located in our Welshpool office. About the Role The Project Coordinator is responsible for assisting in the planning, execution and completion of projects. This role involves coordinating project activities, managing documentation, tracking progress and ensuring smooth communication between stakeholders. The Project Coordinator supports the Project Manager and team members to achieve project goals on time and within budget. Project support Part sales forecasting through CRM Project objective: Develop a forecast report for labour and steel requirements specific to part sales. Once project is implemented, Project Coordinator will be responsible for submitting steel and labour forecast report as part of S&OP cycle (and on ad hoc basis) Maintenance Portal Project objective: Champion the Implementation of a Maintenance portal as per agreed scope of work. here are a few examples of our Project deliverables: Shift/align warranty defect register to portal Build/ link asset lists in portal for asset tracking and history capture In Field app config for inspections and Reporting Set up of Dashboards End users (Technical Support Team) trained on utilising new platform Project Coordinator responsibilities: Coordinate user testing, report on results and coordinate external IT consultant if troubleshooting is required Training end users Cross-Functional Coordination, Risk & Quality Management, Administrative & Financial Tracking Provide support for AD-hoc requests relating to Life Cycle Care activities with in Schlam Payload Data analysis, reporting, Maintaining Data. What You Bring 2 years in a project coordination role, preferably in manufacturing, heavy equipment, or industrial services. Experience in the mining or heavy-duty equipment sector is a strong asset. Strong organisational and multitasking abilities. Effective communicator, both written and verbal. Competency in project tracking tools (e.g., MS Project, Excel, ERP systems).
