We are currently seeking a highly experienced Hospitality Operations Manager for a permanent, full-time opportunity with one of our trusted clients in the Pilbara region. This exciting role requires you to temporarily relocate and live at their Newman site for an initial period to grasp the business, team dynamics and operational functions. After this integration period, the right candidate will transition into a FIFO roster from Perth. Responsibilities: Oversee day-to-day site operations, ensuring smooth and efficient service delivery across all departments. Plan and coordinate staff rosters to support operational needs while balancing team wellbeing and efficiency. Uphold and deliver a premium guest experience that meets and exceeds client expectations. Foster a proactive safety-first environment through consistent leadership and adherence to company protocols. Inspire and lead a diverse team of chefs and facilities staff, fostering a positive and high-performing work environment. Build genuine relationships with site teams and local residents, ensuring their needs are understood and expectations are consistently met through clear communication and responsiveness. Ensure safety awareness and compliance activities within a diverse team. What We’re Looking For: Strong knowledge of Hospitality industry standards, health, safety, and local regulations. At least 3-5 years experience in a FIFO Hospitality Management or Operations Role. (Highly Preferred) Experience in staff training and development. Strong ability to lead teams, drive operational excellence, and deliver exceptional guest experiences. Previous experience managing hotels or accommodation operations, ideally within a high-demand or remote environment.
