About the Company: Our client is seeking a Property Manager to join their team and manage their rental portfolio. They are a leading property management firm that specialises in managing rental properties across the region. Our client prides themselves on providing exceptional customer service and maintaining high standards of professionalism in all their dealings. About the Role: The successful candidate will be responsible for, but not limited to conducting inspections, preparing inspection reports, executing notices to vacate, processing bond refunds, reconciling bonds, making applications to VCAT and attending VCAT hearings. You will also be responsible for managing maintenance requests, conducting rental appraisals, and presenting potential tenancy applications to landlords. The role is permanent full-time, Monday - Friday 9am - 5.30pm. There is a requirement for 1 in every 6 Saturdays, 9am-1pm. Hourly payrate starts at $26.
