Our client is a civil engineering consultancy with offices around SEQ that handles in-house design, engineering, drafting and construction/project management of their designs, which are focused on large masterplan residential developments as well as the associated transport and water infrastructure. Contract administration, project coordination and design delivery of residential greenfield subdivision projects and transport infrastructure for TMR; Monthly certification of progress claims, monthly review and submission of cash flows, monthly review of programs of work; Coordination of contractor's interface; Variation, EOT and RFI responses; To be successful in your application we seek candidates with: 4 years' experience as a Site Engineer in Australia, ideally SEQ; A tertiary qualification in civil engineering, construction or a related field; Previous experience working on greenfield developments a necessity; Experience working on site for the construction of TMR local roads and highway upgrades ideal; RPEQ accreditation at a more experienced, senior level ideal but not a necessity.
