You will be based at one central hub and travel to other sites once a week to ensure presentation and operational reporting. We're looking for a proactive, people-loving professional who excels in fast-paced environments to oversee the day-to-day operations of 7 high-traffic sites. You'll play a key role in managing ongoing capital works projects, technical plant and equipment upgrades, site presentation, and ongoing reactive and preventative maintenance. It is an exciting role where no two days will be the same! Base yourself at one precinct and move between sites to monitor operations. This will include: Coordinating all reactive and preventative maintenance, repairs, safety checks and compliance. Overseeing AESMR compliance and documentation Managing key contractors and service providers, ongoing performance reviews and KPI adherence Building great relationships with tenants, internal and external stakeholders Generate weekly reports regarding asset presentation status and ongoing works Problem-solving on the fly and keeping everything running seamlessly Manage any incoming and completed work orders on the CMMS system and ensure completion of work to a satisfactory level.
