Key Responsibilities: Deliver structured, evidence-informed AOD day programs using psychosocial interventions. Provide individual and group counseling, harm reduction education, and post-treatment support. Develop and implement treatment plans tailored to client needs. Collaborate with other service providers to achieve treatment goals. Qualifications and Experience: Relevant undergraduate qualifications in health/human services and minimum 2 years’ experience in AOD services, or equivalent qualifications and experience. Membership or working towards membership with a relevant professional body. Experience delivering culturally appropriate interventions and using digital tools for psycho-education. Requirements: Current Blue Card (Working with Children Check). Valid Australian Driver’s Licence. Willingness to work within the spiritual principles of the organization.
