About the Role § As a casual Trainer, you’ll deliver in-person clinical workshops designed to equip students with practical pathology collection skills, with key focus areas being: - Delivering engaging and interactive face-to-face workshops. - Assessing students' practical skills in pathology collection. - Providing guidance and feedback to support student learning § Contribute to operational tasks such as scheduling, rostering, and equipment management. About You You’re excited about shaping a new course and delivering education that is recognised as exemplary across Australia and beyond. You thrive in a collaborative, student-focused environment and enjoy building, improving, and delivering engaging training experiences. A sense of humour and a love for teamwork are a must! We are looking for enthusiastic trainers who: § Hold a Certificate III in Pathology Collection or higher § Have a Certificate IV in Training and Assessment § Bring 3 years of industry experience in pathology collection § Have strong communication and interpersonal skills § Are available for casual, flexible work.
