Due to growth and team expansion, we are recruiting an exciting role as a Workday HCM (Human Capital Management) Functional Analyst to join our People and Shared Services Digital Adoption team on a 12-month contract . The successful candidate will be responsible for the day-to-day monitoring and maintenance of the Workday system to ensure optimal functioning and user experience. This role involves collaborating across the organization to provide support, troubleshoot issues, and implement enhancements to meet the evolving needs of the organization. Key Responsibilities: System Monitoring and Maintenance: Ensure the Workday system operates efficiently and effectively, providing a seamless user experience. Support and Troubleshooting: Collaborate with various departments to support users, troubleshoot issues, and implement necessary enhancements. Business Process Understanding: Focus on understanding business processes and configuring Workday modules to align with organizational needs. High-Quality Support: Deliver high-quality support to end-users, liaising with IT and AMS vendors as required for additional support and capability. Key Skills: Workday HCM Expertise: Strong understanding of Workday HCM functionalities, modules, and configurations, particularly Core HCM & Recruiting. Ability to quickly learn new features and updates. Communication Skills: Excellent communication skills to explain complex Workday concepts to users in understandable terms. Analytical Skills: Ability to analyze, document, and communicate Workday processes effectively. Collaboration: Proven ability to work effectively with users, business stakeholders, and technical teams. Task Management: Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively. Qualifications and Experience: Education: Bachelor’s degree level education. Certification: Workday certified or equivalent configuration/implementation experience.
