Your Opportunity: The Procurement & Supply Chain Team partners with our stakeholders to shape, create, and protect value by leading the planning and delivery of sustainable, integrated supply solutions. Our key services include procurement strategy, lifecycle category management, logistics, purchasing, governance, compliance and enablement. We are dedicated to ensuring efficient, effective and responsible procurement and supply chain operations that drive long-term success and sustainability. The Procurement and Supply Chain Governance, Sustainability & Enablement Manager will collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to integrate best practice in governance, compliance, risk management, and sustainability across all P&S policies, procedures, processes, systems and reporting to drive sustainable outcomes. You will coordinate functional and supplier data, planning, governance, risk, and compliance activities, ensuring timely regulatory and organisational compliance. You will also lead purchasing, analytics, insights and enablement efforts, providing ongoing monitoring, reporting, and guidance to business users, suppliers and peers. Key accountabilities will include: Lead and facilitate the formation and improvement of the Procurement & Supply strategy. Contribute to the development of business plans; forecast performance against business KPI’s and develop business cases for key activities/projects Manage procurement and supply chain risk management and/or control processes Review existing operations and the implementation of innovation processes across Procurement and Supply Chain Lead the implementation of data and analytics strategy by developing a data insights integration approach and process. Contribute to the design and creation of reporting strategies and templates. Lead execution of complex reports, identifying and interpreting complex patterns and trends, and translating those insights into actionable recommendations. Develop and implement stakeholder engagement strategies and plans to create mutually supportive working relationships. About You: We are seeking candidates who are passionate about shaping the future of the water industry and have the following qualifications, skills and experiences: Degree level qualification in finance, business, procurement or a related discipline. Chartered Institute of Procurement & Supply (MCIPS) or equivalent accreditation (desired). Significant working experience across Procurement and Supply Chain lifecycle management, governance frameworks and cost levers, with a deep understanding across all disciplines of end-to-end category management. Deep understanding of Procurement data, insights, analytics and systems. Experience managing Procurement and Supply Chain assurance and compliance activity, ensuring regulatory adherence. Ability to establish strong relationships with stakeholders, provide procurement and supply chain solutions and mentor teams for improved efficiency. At UU, we celebrate diversity.
