Join us as an Asset Manager and play a pivotal role in enhancing the quality of life for our residents! You will be responsible for maximizing the performance and long-term value of our properties within the Seniors Communities portfolio. This role involves developing and implementing strategic asset management plans, overseeing minor capital projects, and providing technical guidance to maintain and improve Anglicare's senior communities facilities. Collaborate with various stakeholders to deliver high-quality living environments that align with Anglicare's mission and values, ensuring compliance with standards and regulations. Permanent Full Time, travel required to Castle Hill, Warriewood region, option to use an Anglicare office close to your location. Key Responsibilities: Develop and manage a three-year Asset Management Plan. Oversee Preventative Maintenance schedules. Provide technical advice to village and maintenance staff. Manage Minor Capital Projects within budget. Ensure quality and compliance in all work. Liaise with Village Staff, Executives, and other stakeholders. Contribute to resident and staff satisfaction. Maintain a safe and tidy workplace.
