Who we're looking for: Proven experience in working with ServiceNow (Developer, Consultant, or Administrator roles). Strong knowledge of ITSM processes such as Incident, Problem, Change, and Knowledge Management. Familiarity with ServiceNow modules like HRSD, ITOM, Virtual Agent, Application Portfolio Management (APM), etc. Expertise in ServiceNow scripting (e.g., Business Rules, Script Includes, UI Actions, etc.). Experience in developing ServiceNow integrations using REST, SOAP, Web Services, and other integration techniques. Solid understanding of ITIL best practices. Experience in working with Agile methodologies. Preferred: ServiceNow certifications such as Certified System Administrator, Certified Implementation Specialist (ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, etc.).
