About The Role… As an Ongoing Support Consultant at APM, you will be providing guidance to both our participants and their employers, to ensure the best success with their new careers. Reporting to the Business Manager at our APM office in Bundaberg, you will work closely with stakeholders, to deliver tailored employment solutions. Key Responsibilities Provide support to our participants and employers to maintain sustainable and ongoing employment.Think outside the box and resolve challenges for both parties as they arise.Help employers provide a suitable and positive work environment for our participants & provide guidance on workplace modifications.Effectively manage a caseload of Ongoing Support participantsOvercome objections and break down employment barriers that exist for people with disability.Preparation of and involvement in Ongoing Support AssessmentsCollating and preparing documentary evidence in line with contractual guidelines.Actively engage with participants to positively advocate the APM brand Am I suited to being an Employment Consultant with APM’s Disability Employment Services?
