Why You'll Like Working with Us $49.18/hour penalties 12:9 roster – enjoy 9 days off to rest or explore Accommodation provided free of charge All meals supplied on site Long-term, stable project in a secure industry Supportive and down-to-earth team culture Career growth and skill development opportunities Key Responsibilities Perform general grounds and landscape maintenance, including mowing, pruning, weeding, and planting Operate a variety of machinery such as tractors, bobcats, excavators, and ride-on mowers Carry out inspections and basic maintenance of equipment Support small landscape improvement and beautification projects Assist with tree work including trimming and removal (if ticketed) Ensure all activities comply with strict site safety and environmental standards Complete required job records, equipment logs, and reports Work collaboratively as part of a team committed to excellence and professionalism Adhere to Defence site protocols including security, conduct, and confidentiality What You’ll Need to Bring Australian Citizenship – mandatory for Defence site access Valid Forklift Licence Current Driver’s Licence – LR minimum (MR preferred) Proven ability to operate grounds maintenance and civil machinery Physically fit, safety-focused, and ready for hands-on work Strong communication and teamwork skills Highly Regarded (but not essential) Chainsaw ticket (or willingness to obtain) Certificate III in Arboriculture or Horticulture Previous experience in groundskeeping, landscaping, or site maintenance Experience on government or defence sites Other Requirements Ability to pass a National Police Check Pre-employment medical (including functional assessment) Ability to pass a Drug & Alcohol Screen (DAS) About OSOS Alliance: OSOS Alliance is a part of PRM Management Group, and we are passionate about building sustainable, long-term partnerships across the mining, resources, energy, and civil construction industries.
