Locations include: Perth CBD, Osborne Park, Geraldton, Bunbury, Wheatbelt more locations! What you will do: Deliver therapeutic interventions to a diverse caseload of clients. Collaborate closely with either a clinical or non-clinical team to ensure cohesive care. Prioritise the mental health and overall wellbeing of clients. Conduct assessments and develop tailored care plans that support client independence.
