With offices both locally and internationally, our client has gone through a restructure and rebrand and is primed for success. As part of their strategic growth is to make a key senior appointment into the role of Head of Operations. This key role within the management of the practice will look after key parts of the business including Leadership, Strategy, Planning, HR, Compliance and Risk Management, Efficiency and Profitability whilst reporting into the CEO. The right individual will have 10 plus years in a similar role. A solid understanding of business and finance is needed, as well as strong people leadership and risk management skills. Ideally previous experience in this or a similar role in an Architectural business in Australia. Their portfolio compromises Commercial, Public, Retail, Precincts, Mixed use Residential and Hospitality projects. They have built a fantastic team of carefully chosen Architects and Interiors Designers who are all extremely passionate about the business and what they do. This a great opportunity to take on a key position within a growing, vibrant studio and help the practice continue their development.
