As we grow, we’re looking for a highly experienced and motivated Senior Level 2–3 Technician to join our team. This is a client-facing, hands-on role where you’ll tackle complex challenges, guide junior technicians, and play a critical part in delivering enterprise-level IT services. What You’ll Be Doing Client Support & Technical Escalations Take ownership of escalated service tickets and resolve them with professionalism and urgency. Deliver advanced remote and onsite troubleshooting with a strong customer-first approach. Communicate clearly and proactively with clients, ensuring they feel confident and supported. Systems & Monitoring Monitor and manage systems using ScreenConnect and Automate tools, implementing proactive maintenance and automation improvements. Continually refine scripts and automation processes to improve service delivery and efficiency. Project Delivery Lead and assist with complex project rollouts, migrations, and infrastructure upgrades. Support Office 365, server migrations, network deployments, and other high-impact client projects. Work closely with our Service Delivery Team Leader to identify and mitigate potential risks. Ensure documentation and communication are accurate, timely, and client friendly. Provide mentorship and guidance to junior techs—helping grow internal capability. Assist in refining internal procedures and contribute to building a culture of continuous improvement. Stay across cybersecurity protocols and advocate for security best practices. What You Bring General Attributes Minimum 5 years’ experience in the MSP space. A problem-solving mindset with a passion for technology and client outcomes. Excellent communication skills—able to simplify complex issues for clients. Strong time management and the ability to work independently and within a team. Valid Australian Driver’s Licence. Technical Skills Deep understanding of Microsoft 365 (including security best practices). Strong knowledge of Windows Server, Active Directory, and virtualization platforms (Hyper-V, VMware). Solid networking skills (routing, switching, firewalls, VPNs). Proficiency in scripting and automation (PowerShell, Python a plus). Experience with remote desktop services and tools like FSLogix. Cybersecurity fundamentals and data protection awareness and Experience working with essential 8 framework Familiarity with backup solutions like Veeam. Bonus Points Experience with the ConnectWise Suite (Manage & Automate). VOIP/PBX knowledge and SQL database familiarity. Certifications with Sophos, Microsoft, or other major vendors.
