Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Clinic Head located in Vasai Virar. The Clinic Head will oversee daily clinic operations, manage staff, ensure high standards of patient care, and coordinate with dentists to deliver comprehensive dental services. Responsibilities also include maintaining clinic hygiene standards, handling patient inquiries, and ensuring regulatory compliance. The Clinic Head will also be involved in strategizing for clinic growth and enhancing patient satisfaction. Qualifications Proficiency in Dentistry and Healthcare Experience in Medical Education and Research Excellent leadership and staff management skills Strong organizational and operational management abilities Ability to work independently and make informed decisions Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Flexibility to adapt to a dynamic environment Bachelor's degree in Dental Surgery (BDS) or related field; Master's degree is a plus Previous experience in clinic or healthcare management.
