We seek Federal Government Sales Leaders with proven management experience, self-awareness, and a desire to develop consultative and leadership skills in a vendor environment like ours. Career Level - M5 Location: Canberra Responsibilities Lead and develop a team of Federal Government Enterprise SaaS Sales Account Directors, including recruiting, hiring, and training. Promote and sell Oracle SaaS Applications products to customers, negotiating prices and terms. Develop and execute a business plan to redefine the Applications market in collaboration with the strategy team. Identify target markets and segments, manage territory, and develop go-to-market strategies. Recruit, develop, and retain a local sales team. Manage sales quotas and develop senior executive relationships within target accounts. Collaborate on marketing and PR campaigns, engage in strategic sales, and manage sales pipelines and forecasts. Maintain ongoing relationships with customers, ensure quality delivery, and maximize customer references. Manage stakeholder relationships internally and ensure adherence to company policies on pricing and contracting. What You'll Bring Proven sales leadership in Business Applications, managing a team of cloud software sales representatives. Experience in Applications, preferably with Federal Government exposure. First-line management experience with ERP, HCM, or SaaS Business Applications sales teams. Strong sales acumen with a track record of $5-10m annual sales success. Industry knowledge in business software, vendor or consulting sales. Robust network of strategic business and IT relationships. Several years of experience in cloud business applications sales, including ERP and Supply Chain.
