Reporting to the Chief Executive Officer, the Chief People and Culture Officer (CPCO) is an exceptional opportunity for a high-caliber, resilient leader passionate about creating people-centric environments and leading transformation. As a key member of the executive leadership team, the CPCO will work closely across all levels of the organisation and its members, including front line nurses and residents, right through to the Board. Leading a team of three direct reports and a broader team of 12 employees, the CPCO is ultimately responsible for leading a series of transformative initiatives to uplift employee engagement and retention and deliver on Sundale's vision to be a market leader in employee attraction, retention and engagement by 2030. To be considered for this role, you will bring demonstrated expertise in leading transformative human resources initiatives that have resulted in uplifts in employee engagement, attraction and retention measures. As an experienced HR professional, you will be known for your personable and engaging style, and ability to lead a team as a trusted business partner across workforce strategy, IR/ER, and HR operations. Your experience within a customer centric organisation, focused on employee and customer experience will be key to your success, along with leadership that promotes a growth mindset and creates an environment where people can thrive.
