What We’re Looking For You’ll be the welcoming face of our practice – so we’re after someone who is confident, caring, and organised. Ideally, you’ll have: 2 years of experience in office administration or receptionStrong communication and interpersonal skillsA commitment to delivering outstanding patient serviceA professional and polished presentationSolid computer skills, including Microsoft OfficeGreat time management and the ability to multitaskA willingness to learn and grow in the role Optical experience is highly regarded – but not essential. We’ll provide full training in optical dispensing for the right candidate. Your Day-to-Day You’ll play a key role in keeping our clinic running smoothly and providing a great experience for every patient.
