Enjoy club membership flexible hours Career development opportunities We are seeking vibrant Group Fitness Instructors to build our comprehensive group fitness offering seven days a week from 6:00am to 8:30pm. Some of the Classes on offer include: Aqua Spin Yoga Boxing Zumba Barre Tai Chi Pilates - Mat and Reformer Les Mills BODYPUMP Les Mills BODYCOMBAT Essential Criteria: Registered fitness leaders Les Mills qualified Working With Children/Vulnerable People check Current CPR certification Duties and Responsibilities and Expectations: Classes cover a 7-day timetable from 6am to 8:30pm To exceed the expectations of members in our Group Fitness Program To be available to assist in regular timetable participation in allocated and fill in classes To be able to instruct safely while providing members with a challenging and fun environment. About You A passion for member engagement and high quality customer service; Demonstrated group exercise experience while ensuring safety, growth and quality; Proven ability to develop, propose and implement ideas; Experience with setting and meeting performance targets and motivating members; Strong interest and passionate about health & fitness industry; Demonstrated ability to design and deliver innovate fitness programs; Education and Qualifications Minimum of 2 years experience within the industry; First Aid & CPR; Recognized health and fitness qualifications to a minimum level of Certificate IV including Registration with Fitness Australia desirable, not essential Working with Children clearance.
