We are seeking a passionate and experienced Retail Manager to join the team at Noodle Box Redcliffe located at 4/82 Anzac Ave, Redcliffe QLD 4020, a dynamic quick-service restaurant offering fresh, Asian-inspired street food. Located in the heart of Redcliffe’s bustling waterfront, we pride ourselves on delivering high-quality meals and exceptional customer service in a vibrant dining environment. Key Responsibilities but not limited to: Restaurant Operations: Oversee the day-to-day operations of the store, ensuring efficiency in food preparation, service, and cleanliness. Maintain inventory, manage stock rotation, and ensure food safety and hygiene standards are upheld. Staff Leadership: Recruit, train, and supervise team members. Prepare staff rosters and lead team meetings to ensure peak performance. Foster a supportive and high-performing team culture. Customer Service: Ensure an outstanding customer experience through prompt, friendly, and knowledgeable service. Resolve customer complaints and feedback professionally. Sales & Marketing: Develop and implement local marketing strategies and in-store promotions to boost revenue. Monitor and report on sales performance and customer trends. Financial & Compliance Oversight: Manage budgets, monitor expenses, and perform cash reconciliation. Ensure compliance with company policies, food safety standards, and WHS regulations. Qualifications: Minimum 2 years of experience in a supervisory or managerial role in the food or retail sector. Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills. Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment. Knowledge of Asian cuisine or quick-service operations is an advantage. Familiarity with POS and staff scheduling systems.
